Thank you for visiting my website.

My love for photography began with a darkroom course in high school and has continued to be one of my favourite hobby . Living my dream of becoming a photographer started taking shape after purchasing my own point & shoot camera in 1986.

I spent a lot of time photographing just about anything I thought was interesting, rolls of films and money I couldn't afford at the time for processing, then compare what I had produced to what my studies and researched told me what I should be seeing.  Year 1993 in came my first SLR camera.  The feedback I got from my new camera made the concepts so much more clearer.  I photographed family and friends and was told time and time again that I had an "eye" for photography.

My photography is based on more than just a style.  The style is part of it, but the way I conduct the photo sessions, the experience I give my clients, the unique session packages I provide and the pricing model I use is very, very important.

I try to use as much natural light as possible.  You will not hear me say "cheese" when photographing children.  I like to shoot more of "candid" moments, I will talk to them and ask them questions.   As for props, I like them fine.  However, I don't carry too many of them.  I personally believe that props tend to take away the focus on the main subject, which is the person being photographed.  By all means, I welcome everyone to bring as many props as they would like to use during photo shoot.

I spend a lot of time studying other images created by other photographers in a quest to further develop my skills.

When I am not photographing, I can often be spotted chasing after my children frequently with a camera in hand.

Please browse this site at your leisure.  When the time comes for you to make the decision of who will document your own special day, please contact me to find out what I can do for you.
